2 and 3 bedroom apartments
The Modules features 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Our 2 bedroom apartments are for groups of 2 people and our 3 bedroom apartments are for groups of 3 so everyone gets their own bedroom. Check out our Floor plans.
furnished and unfurnished apartments
The Modules features both furnished and unfurnished apartments. Furnished apartments include custom living room and bedroom furniture.
Living Room furniture includes: couch, chair, end table, coffee table, and TV stand. A high top table with bar stools is provided in select units.
Bedroom furniture includes: full sized bed with mattress, desk with rolling desk chair, and dressers. Wardrobe closets are provided for all apartments both furnished and unfurnished.

controlled-access parking garage
The Modules features a controlled-access parking garage on the ground level. The entrance to the parking garage is on the Carlisle Street side of the building. Covered and uncovered parking spots are available for rent to resident of The Modules on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please contact us for availability and rates.
bicycle garage with maintenance station
Also on the Carlisle Street side of the building is a bicycle garage with maintenance station. All residents have free access to the bicycle garage using their building key fob.
green roof and roof deck
The Modules roof deck has great views of the Philadelphia skyline. The green roof and roof deck significantly reduce storm water runoff while providing a great space for residents to lounge. Check out our Gallery for a Roof Deck Tour.
elevator
The Modules building elevator services all floors – Ground Floor (parking garage), Levels 1 -4 (apartments), and Roof Deck.
lounges on each floor
Common area lounges on each floor are a relaxing space for residents. They feature comfy couches and photo murals of The Modules building process.
card-operated laundry rooms
Card-operated laundry rooms mean you’ll never need quarters again! Laundry rooms are located on levels 2 – 4. The vending machine to “reload” laundry cards is located in the second floor laundry room.
electronic locks on building, apartments, and bedroom doors
Each resident receives electronic key fobs to access building doors, apartment doors, and bedroom doors. Residents use a key fob to “swipe” into the building and another key fob is specially programmed to each resident’s apartment and bedroom door. This means you will only need one “key” to unlock/lock your apartment AND your bedroom door.
state-of-the-art security features
State-of-the-art security features such as key-less locks and a building camera and alarm system add reliable building security while allowing residents to enjoy independent, off-campus living.
The Modules app
With The Modules App by Verizon Concierge, residents are able to access live streams of building cameras from their computers and smart phones.
free FiOS high-speed internet and wifi
Each apartment is wired to Verizon FiOS high-speed internet and TV. FiOS high-speed internet and wifi are free for all residents. (Each apartment must register for a Verizon account)
