Each month, each apartment receives a utility bill that outlines their usage of electric, heat, and water. The following table shows each month’s lowest bill, highest bill, and average bill for all apartments (includes 2 and 3 bedroom apartments).
*From October 2010 to August 2012, the average monthly utility bill for a 2 bedroom apartment was $119.23 per month and the average monthly utility bill for a 3 bedroom apartment was $130.27 per month.
