2013/2014 Move-In Specials

**All Move-In Specials are a limited time offer and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  TempleTown reserves the right to discontinue Move-In Specials at any time.  

**Please note that TempleTown does not offer roommate-matching services.  Leases are done by apartment, not by bed.

2013/2014 Move-In Special Rental Rates:

• 2 bedroom unfurnished – $1230  ($615 per person) per month
• 2 bedroom furnished – $1330  ($665 per person) per month
• 3 bedroom unfurnished – SOLD OUT until 2014
• 3 bedroom furnished – SOLD OUT until 2014

Lease Term:

August 1st, 2nd, or 5th, 2013 to July 31, 2014

Parking:

$600 for one year.  Parking spots are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Utilities:

TempleTown pays for FiOS high-speed internet (includes wireless, resident is responsible for signing up for Verizon FiOS account)

Resident pays for heat, electric, water (all on one bill, each apartment has its own utility meter)

*From October 2010 to August 2012, the average monthly utility bill for a 2 bedroom apartment was $119.23 per month, per apartment and the average monthly utility bill for a 3 bedroom apartment was $130.27 per month, per apartment.

To reserve an apartment at The Modules:

***Apartments are shown on a rolling basis. Prices and availability are not guaranteed. Verbal confirmation, completed Rental Applications, and reservation deposit must be paid in order to guarantee the apartment for your move-in. The reservation deposit is non-refundable should you decide not to move into the apartment, otherwise it is applied to total move-in cost.

Total move-in cost is three month’s rent for first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and refundable security deposit.

Due ASAP to reserve an apartment at The Modules:

Completed Rental Applications from each roommate (no application fee, available on our website)

Security Deposit of one month’s rent

If you would like to reserve a parking space, a deposit of $300 is due to reserve a spot.

Due on or before lease start date:

Lease signed by all roommates

Signed or notarized Co-Signer Agreements

W-9 form (completed by resident)

Copy of photo ID

First month rent (prorated if lease does not start on the 1st of the month)

Last month rent

If you have reserved a parking space, the remaining $300 of the parking fee will be due.
